BBQ AND AGM
Due to the extreme heat and a ban on BBQ's by our local Council
this event was postponed
The rescheduled date and details are set out below
BUT please be aware that, if this drought and the restrictions continue,
we may be forced to change the arrangements again.
Whatever happens we must, legally, hold the AGM by the end of September.
FUN FOR ALL THE FAMILY
ON SATURDAY 26th SEPTEMBER
AT THE RANCH
FROM 6 pm to approx. 9.30pm
£3 per person (under 5’s free)
We would be delighted to see all of you at this event. The AGM is a legal requirement but don’t worry we keep it as short as possible; the BBQ is much more fun.
HOW IT ALL WORKS
You bring what you want to cook that way individual diets are easily catered for.
We provide
an assortment of salads, relishes, hot dog rolls and burger buns, the fires to cook on, tables, chairs, cutlery, glasses, paper plates. If it rains it becomes an indoor event.
YOU BRING YOUR OWN WINES, BEERS and MIXERS.
We provide
squash for the kids but if they want Coke etc. you will need to bring that too.
FORMAT
The event starts with our Annual General Meeting. This is when you approve the Group Trustee Board and adopt the Annual Report and Accounts. We send out a much information as possible before the meeting in order to keep things short, under half an hour, so there’s no time to get bored. Full details will be circulated before the AGM

SO LET US KNOW BY 16TH SEPTEMBER.
PLEASE GIVE US YOUR SUPPORT THIS YEAR. The AGM starts the evening as soon as we have a good representation of parents (hopefully about 6.30pm).
