BBQ AND AGM
FUN FOR ALL THE FAMILY
ON SATURDAY 28thJUNE
AT THE RANCH
FROM 6 pm to approx. 9.30pm
£3 per person (under 5’s free)
We would be delighted to see all of you at this event. The AGM is a legal requirement but don’t worry we keep it as short as possible; the BBQ is much more fun.
HOW IT ALL WORKS
You bring what you want to cook that way individual diets are easily catered for.
We provide
an assortment of salads, relishes, hot dog rolls and burger buns, the fires to cook on, tables, chairs, cutlery, glasses, paper plates. If it rains it becomes an indoor event.
YOU BRING YOUR OWN WINES, BEERS and MIXERS.
We provide
squash for the kids but if they want Coke etc. you will need to bring that too.
FORMAT
The event starts with our Annual General Meeting. This is when you elect the Group Trustee Board and adopt the Annual Report and Accounts. We send out a much information as possible before the meeting in order to keep things short, under half an hour, so there’s no time to get bored. Full details will be circulated before the AGM
You need to book in advance so we know numbers and can provide sufficient seating and food SO LET US KNOW BEFORE 13th JUNE. AGM & BBQ Booking Form
PLEASE GIVE US YOUR SUPPORT THIS YEAR. The AGM starts the evening as soon as we have a good representation of parents (hopefully about 6.30pm).
