BBQ AND AGM
FUN FOR ALL THE FAMILY
ON SATURDAY 6thJULY
AT THE RANCH
FROM 6 pm to approx. 9.30pm
£3 per person (under 5’s free)
It seems way too early to start thinking about BBQ’s, specially with all the wet weather we have been having but summer will soon be with us. Last year, was the first we had been able to hold since before COVID and it was a great success with around 100 people attending.
We had to change the date this year from the one originally published as it clashed with Pub in Park so please note the new date.
HOW IT ALL WORKS
YOU BRING WHAT YOU WANT TO COOK that way individual diets are easily catered for.
WE PROVIDE
an assortment of salads, relishes, hot dog rolls and burger buns, the fires to cook on, tables, chairs, cutlery, glasses, paper plates. If it rains it becomes an indoor event.
YOU BRING YOUR OWN WINES, BEERS and MIXERS.
WE PROVIDE
squash for the kids but if they want Coke etc. you will need to bring that too.
FORMAT
The event starts with our Annual General Meeting. This is when you elect the Group Trustee Board and adopt the Annual Report and Accounts. We send out a much information as possible before the meeting in order to keep things short, under half an hour, so there’s no time to get bored. Full details will be circulated before the AGM
A booking form can be found at the end of this letter or from a link on our website bulletin board. You need to book in advance so we know numbers and can provide sufficient seating and food SO LET US KNOW BEFORE 30th JUNE.
PLEASE GIVE US YOUR SUPPORT THIS YEAR. The AGM starts the evening as soon as we have a good representation of parents (hopefully about 6.30pm).
